Background

Growing up in Northern Virginia near the heart of the federal government, David gained early insight into the financial challenges faced by Federal employees. His father’s remarkable 35+ year career with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) instilled in him a deep appreciation for the dedication of federal workers and the importance of strategic financial planning. Like his father, David is also a lifetime FAPAC member and has presented financial literacy courses for various diversity groups including FAPAC, BIG, and FEW.
